Mortgage deed interpreter in the Netherlands

A mortgage deed contains legal obligations, security rights and financial terms that must be understood before signing. We provide specialist interpretation at Dutch notary appointments for international buyers and borrowers.

Request availability

Clear interpretation from draft to signing

Tell us the language, notary office, appointment date and city. Where permitted, the notary can send the draft deed in advance so the interpreter can prepare terminology and names accurately. A mortgage deed is often signed together with a deed of transfer, so one interpreter can support the full appointment.

Plan early: mortgage and property appointments are date-specific. Request availability as soon as your notary confirms the signing date.

Request an interpreter for your appointment

Include your language, the appointment date and time, the notary office and the city in your request. Tell us which deeds will be signed, including a mortgage deed and a deed of transfer if both are scheduled. If the time is still provisional, mention this when you contact us.

Where permitted, a draft deed can be shared in advance to help the interpreter prepare. Discuss substantive questions about the deed with your notary. An availability request is not a confirmed booking; we will contact you to discuss availability.
