Deed of transfer interpreter
Buying a home in the Netherlands? We provide clear, specialist interpretation for the deed of transfer at the notary, so you understand the substantive content before you sign.
Request an interpreterSupport for property completion
The deed of transfer records the change of ownership. The appointment may include conditions, easements, dates, obligations and references to the purchase agreement. Our interpreter works through the substantive content in your language and coordinates with the notary office where needed.
One appointment, two deeds
The deed of transfer is often signed together with the mortgage deed. We can arrange one interpreter for the complete appointment.
Randstad coverage
We serve Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden, Delft, Leidschendam and nearby locations.

Request an interpreter for your appointment
Include your language, the appointment date and time, the notary office and the city in your request. Tell us which deeds will be signed, including a mortgage deed and a deed of transfer if both are scheduled. If the time is still provisional, mention this when you contact us.
Where permitted, a draft deed can be shared in advance to help the interpreter prepare. Discuss substantive questions about the deed with your notary. An availability request is not a confirmed booking; we will contact you to discuss availability.
Service area and fees
We serve Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden, Delft, Leidschendam and the wider Randstad. Other locations are available on request. See how interpreting fees are determined, read our frequently asked questions or request availability for your appointment.
